When you sign in with Facebook, we receive:

• Your profile photo
• Your email address
• Your Facebook user ID

We also collect listing details you provide directly: game, section, row, seats, price, and notes.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your LoudSeats account
• To display your name and photo on listings and your profile
• To connect buyers and sellers when a listing match occurs
• To send email notifications about your listings and interests
• To improve the platform and user experience

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your email is only revealed to another user when both parties have expressed mutual interest in a transaction. Your name and photo are visible to other LoudSeats users on your public profile.

Facebook Data

We use Facebook Login to authenticate users. We only request access to your public profile and email. We do not post to your timeline, access your friends list, or read your messages. You can revoke access anytime via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We use cookies only to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
